- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg
- Optional add-ins: dark chocolate chips, dried fruits, or crushed nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick mat.
- In a bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, whisk nut butter, honey/maple syrup, and egg until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until dough forms. Add almond milk if dough is too dry.
- Fold in optional add-ins.
- Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a rack before serving.
