Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder (whey, casein, or plant-based)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • Optional add-ins: dark chocolate chips, dried fruits, or crushed nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick mat.
  • In a bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, and baking soda.
  • In another bowl, whisk nut butter, honey/maple syrup, and egg until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until dough forms. Add almond milk if dough is too dry.
  • Fold in optional add-ins.
  • Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool on a rack before serving.

Notes

  • Add vanilla extract or cocoa powder for extra flavor.
